Under the banner "A Triumph in the Making,"  U.N. delegates at the UNGASS II meeting held at UN headquarters, December 10-12 2007 reviewed progress on their commitments to children.  Get details.

141 Member States spoke at the GA itself and many of them spoke as well in the Fora and Discussion Groups supplementing the General Assembly gathering.
