What is ICCIDD?
The International Council for the Control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders
is a non-profit, non-government organization for the sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency and the promotion of optimal iodine nutrition worldwide.

In 2009, the government of Brazil, at the strong encouragement of ICCIDD consultant Herculano Araujo, granted permission for ICCIDD to publish key documents to advance the campaign against IDD.  Since they are published in Portuguese, they are a tremendous resource to Lusophone countries around the world.  They include:
